Really - Its Just Water?

WOW - I was pretty amazed when this happened and I just had to share! On the weekend I was reorganizing my closet and I found a money belt that I use when I travel. If any of you know about these money belts, you know that the clasp is a JAW clamping down when they lock. Well, I was trying to hand this money belt over a rod and as I was snapping it together (forgetting that it snaps really quickly) I somehow caught the palm of my hand just under my thum in the clasp! (reminded me a bit of a mameogram - you ladies know what that feels like eh?)

Ok this wasn't funny anymore, I was stuck and only had my left hand, which is my weakest to try to undo the clasp! It seemed like it took forever because I was in such pain. Finally I got it undone and I saw that I had done a pretty good job and boy did it hurt! All I could think of is 2.5PH water, I have to soak it in 2.5PH water.

Thankfully I have a medical water unit that makes this type of water and had some in a container. I quickly poured the water into a bowl and put my hand in it for a few minutes. The pain left instantly, which I was thankful for. Afer I took it out of the water I noticed that it was already healing over and ran for my camera....I had actually broken the skin and there was some blood showing.

Disease seems to be on the RISE!

I've had so many friends posting about family and friends who are suffering with many different diseases. Of course the BIG "C" being one of the most talked about on the list! And, I just can't sit back and be quiet.

If I told you that bringing your body from an acidic environment to an alkalized environment will aid the body in healing itself, would you be interested to hear more?

Life is truly a journey!

April 12, 2017 Life's a journey! We are all on different journeys leading us on many different and unique paths. Most of us have paths that have had "twist" and "turns" along the way, and I'm pretty sure most of us have little rabbit trails from time to time, but it's our journey so we keep moving forward hoping to have learned from the some of those "twists" and hoping to have mastered the "turns."

Life is a journey of learning and some of us learn faster than others, so let's just say I was one of the slowwww learners. However that is changing and I'm on a new path - yes there may be detours from time to time, but I'm learning to recognize these detours and get back on the main path much quicker!

I USED to think I was great at multi-tasking! Can anyone relate? I thought I was getting a lot accomplished but I was pretty stressed out with all the pressure I was putting myself under. And sometimes at the end of my day I wondered what I really got done!

Now, looking back, I see really I was not good at multi-tasking and I was bogged down with trying to accomplish too much in one day! This has been one of my stumbling blocks trying to do too many things at one time. Now, Im learning to focus on just one task at a time and I see that it's really part of who I am, it's part of my makeup! So don't worry if you can't do it all - you might just be one of us "one at a time" taskers - and hey, it's not a bad thing. We just need to see it and change it! And by the way, I'm not there yet, but I am learning and it will happen! Well hey - "Rome wasn't built in one night!"
